As a screenwriter, I write female driven narratives that center around deeply flawed characters, in a stylized world, that have high highs and low lows. My short screenplay, BELLA NOVA was a Quarterfinalist in the 2022 Atlanta Film Festival Screenplay Competition and a Finalist in the 2021 Pittsburgh Shorts Script Competition. My work explores topics such as Black girl/womanhood, sexuality, and the liberation of women’s bodies.
